"The Ripon Area School District has been working with the CESA 6 Literacy Center to review and evaluate our literacy practices and materials. What began as a request to have a literacy audit conducted of our K-5 literacy practice evolved into a strong partnership. In addition to conducting the audit alongside our reading specialist, the Literacy Center provided support in analyzing the results and working with our literacy leadership team to develop our long-range strategic plan. Under the Literacy Center's guidance, we have been implementing monthly PD sessions that support the various shifts in literacy instruction with our K-5 staff while simultaneously undergoing a thorough review of curriculum resources with our 4PS-5 Literacy Curriculum Team. The Literacy Center's coaching and support have been instrumental in reviewing current practices, enhancing our literacy knowledge and instruction, and analyzing new materials to support our beliefs. We are grateful for the expertise and support that has been provided through this tremendous partnership."
