Working Together: Strengthen Science-aligned Instruction through the Principal-Coach Partnership

This two-day workshop is centered on building a strong, collaborative partnership between coaches and principals to drive literacy success. Coaches and principals will define clear roles and establish a unified approach to literacy instructional practices by aligning their efforts around shared literacy goals and expectations.

The service will include dedicated time to create a meeting schedule, set communication protocols, and outline expectations for ongoing collaboration. Through this strengthened partnership, both coaches and principals will work together to implement sustainable literacy improvements, ensuring the successful integration of Act 20 requirements and fostering long-term growth in literacy instructional practices across the school.
