We will facilitate professional learning, customized implementation coaching plus training and support for your school, district, or system leaders.
Goals
- Professional development sessions for leaders to build understanding of the purpose and vision of Learning Walks.
- Guided co-planning to launch Learning Walks into literacy classrooms based on factors learned in and considered from the professional development session.
- Look-for documents that align with impactful literacy practices and are customized to match district goals, practice changes, curriculum, etc.
- Understanding of instructional data collection process, analysis, and impact.
- Guided Learning Walks, with a CESA 6 consultant, to practice and improve the process.
- Strategic planning, including monitoring strategies, for next steps to improve instruction and student outcomes.
