Completion of this module demonstrates knowledge and understanding of conflict resolution, including all of the following:
- Resolving conflicts between pupils and between pupils and school staff.
- Assisting pupils in learning methods of resolving conflicts between pupils, including peer mediation and conflict between pupils and school staff.
- Addressing crises, including violent, disruptive, potentially violent, or potentially disruptive situations that may arise in a school or during activities supervised by school staff.
Outcomes & Deliverables
Upon completing the module, you will receive a certificate of completion, which must be submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction through the Educator Licensing Online (ELO) portal.
