- Types of Coaching.
- Pete Hall's Stages of Coaching.
- Introduction to Asking Better Questions.
Session 3
- Spheres of Influence.
- Strength-based feedback.
- Build your personal coaching philosophy.
- Video Protocol: Introduction to Asking Better Questions.
- Data Collection Tools for the Classroom.
Session 4
- Topic: TBD based on the needs of the group.
- Align personal coaching philosophy to district coaching mission/vision.
- Just a minute conversation.
- Looking ahead to next year and reflecting on year 1.
