- Utilizing a gap analysis tool to give staff autonomy in working on what they are ready for and feel is most important.
- Ongoing coaching for teachers and staff in implementing change based on their gap analysis tool.
We will help staff learn to engage with students through understanding the student’s uniqueness, share a plethora of tools and strategies, encourage classroom consistency, reflect on teaching pedagogy, and offer ongoing coaching support to maximize staff ability to implement lasting change.
