Language & Culture Center (EL) Featured Testimonials

Twenty English learners from Hortonville High School attended the Bilingual/Bicultural Post-Secondary Fair and loved it! After the event, students said they were more focused and intentional about their school work.

Knowledgeable instructor! Impressive!

Great resources, information and topics!

I liked looking at the WiDA data - it made more sense of my students’ abilities and helped me to empathize.

Built a comfortable atmosphere to honor sharing.

I like how the kids step out of their comfort zones, do something different and interact with kids other than their classmates.

Enlightened me more about my students and also energized me to become a better teacher for my students.
