CESA 6 (Cooperative Education Service Agency 6) has been recognized with the 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for employee engagement. This prestigious award honors organizations with the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.
This is the fifth time CESA 6 has received the award and marks a decade of participation in the program. 2026 also celebrates the 20th year of Gallup’s Exceptional Workplace Award, highlighting organizations that set the standard for workplace engagement globally.
Even amid ongoing disruption and rapid change across the workplace, Gallup found that CESA 6 continues to set the standard for building a thriving, high-performance culture. Employees feel valued, heard, and equipped to do their best work, reflecting a team committed to collaboration and growth.
