What to Expect

Training Tailored to Your Team’s Needs

Our certified training staff cover essential prevention strategies, de-escalation techniques, and risk assessment tools to help educators confidently support and respond to behavioral needs. Teachers will practice safe disengagement and physical intervention skills, preparing them for real-world situations.  Upon Request: After hands-on learning, we can support your team in applying nonviolent crisis management strategies in your school setting—ensuring a safer, more responsive environment for all.

Training in Advanced Physicals is also available through CESA 6 for higher-risk situations.

NVCI Delivery Models

Verbal Intervention - In District

Participants successfully completing course requirements will be certified in the verbal de-escalation modules ONLY. This model is good for staff who do not need to be trained in physical disengagement skills.
