Tania Kilpatrick serves as the Director of College and Career Readiness at CESA 6, bringing with her over 15 years of diverse experience across both business and education domains. Her tenure, spanning almost two decades with CESA 6, reflects her dedicated advocacy for the cause of college and career readiness.

Tania’s passion lies at the intersection of education and the professional world. Her unwavering dedication is rooted in the profound belief in the transformational potential that Youth Apprenticeship offers to students. Her leadership within CESA 6 is a testament to her relentless pursuit of a brighter and more promising future for the next generation.

As the Director of College and Career Readiness, Kilpatrick is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that prepare students for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. She is dedicated to creating comprehensive and inclusive programs that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to thrive in their chosen paths and actively collaborates with educators, administrators, and community partners to create a seamless transition for students from school to college and the workforce.
