Contract-to-Hire
Not sure if you’re hiring the right person? Let CESA 6 hire and train the right candidate for you. This option allows districts to “try” a candidate for a year who is trained and supported by our team. The district can select to hire the candidate directly, continue as a contracted service, or select a new candidate.
Contracted Placement
CESA 6 will recruit, assess, and place permanent CESA 6 employees based on district needs. This allows districts to have a dedicated person onsite who will have access to the resources and knowledge of the entire CESA 6 team; you're not just getting a person, you’re getting access to a whole team!
