School Improvement Planning for Performance Excellence
Purpose:
Develop and implement an aligned improvement plan for schools that use the Performance Excellence Criteria as the systems approach to continual school improvement
Expected Outcomes:
- Increased understanding of how to apply the performance excellence systems approach to continual improvement
- Increased understanding of the role of the school improvement plan in a systems approach to school improvement
- Assessment of the school as a system
- Draft goals, measures, strategies, and action plans for the school
- Learn strategies for leadership to engage staff in assisting with the implementation of the school improvement plan

- Coaches involved in assisting a school with school improvement
