GALLUP I SENIOR CONSULTANT
|
Join us as Ted facilitates coaching processes and tools focused on coaching your system to excellence alongside keynote speaker Tim Elmore, author of A New Kind of Diversity: Making the Different Generations on Your Team a Competitive Advantage, speaker, and guest on The Smart Thinking Podcast.
Tim brings decades of research and leadership experience to bear on what might be the biggest, most dramatic, and most disruptive shift the American workforce has ever seen: the vast diversity of several generations living—and working—together.
Who should attend?
All in education. This is a great opportunity for you and your teams to be together in a highly energetic setting designed for teams to work together after acquiring new knowledge and have plenty of time to enjoy each others’ ideas and company. Team-building activities will be part of each day and all will be highly engaged throughout the two days. This conference is designed for adult learners with food, music and socialization as a key component of the time together. You will not be sitting at a table for hours - instead, you will be enjoying time learning, growing and actively collaborating.
“Changed a lot my views and helped me understand leadership and life through a different. more efficient, lens.”
