Congratulations to Jason Levash, Chief Financial Operations Officer, and Jeanne-marie Ciriacks, Chief Innovation Solutions Officer, on completing the Wisconsin Forward Award (WFA) Examiner Training and becoming Wisconsin Forward Award Examiners.
Wisconsin Forward Award Examiners are professionals from organizations across Wisconsin who are selected and trained to evaluate organizations using the nationally recognized Baldrige Excellence Framework. Through this process, examiners assess organizational performance, identify strengths, and provide meaningful feedback that helps organizations improve and achieve long-term success.
Serving as a WFA Examiner is both an honor and a professional development opportunity. Examiners gain valuable experience in organizational leadership, strategic planning, operations, workforce development, customer engagement, and performance improvement while working alongside other leaders from across the state.
At CESA 6, continuous improvement isn't just something we support for our schools and organizations. It's something we actively pursue ourselves.
