I received my bachleor's degree in Elementary Education from Marian College in 1999.  In 2004 I obtained certification to teach students who are blind/visually impaired from Silver Lake College.

I began working at CESA 6 in 2003 and serving many students who are blind and visually impaired.

Mary Ann Hudziak earned a Master's in Educational Leadership through Marian College of Fond du Lac, 2004, and holds current WI licenses in the following administrative areas: 10 Supervisor/Coord./Director of Instruction K-12 and 51 Principal PreK-12.  In addition she is licensed to teach mathematics (7-12) and physics.

Mary Ann's career started as a high school math and science teacher. She had the opportunity to work at the middle level and developed a middle school Title I program in 1995. This opportunity provided a new perspective for Mary Ann and was the catalyst for exploring other educational avenues.  In 2005, she moved into more of a supporting role as technology integration and assessment coordinator, followed by a Director of Learning position.

Mary Ann was an administrator in the world of curriculum, instruction and assessment and more currently has been CESA consultant since 2011. Her passion of teaching remains strong and continues to work with students, teachers and administrators through her consultant role at CESA 6. 

In addition, she has worked as one of the four WISExplore Content Team members since 2012. This team, in collaboration with the Department of Public Instruction, develops professional development and training for data use, data inquiry and district/school improvement planning in Wisconsin.

Mary Ann was elected and served two terms on the Wisconsin Math Council Board of Directors. This experience provided her the opportunity to support the teaching and learning for our Wisconsin mathematics teachers.

CESA 6 functions as the fiscal agent for the Wisconsin High School Forensic Association.

I have previously served in various public relations, communications and web design roles in a variety of industries. My most recent experience as a Web Marketing Specialist at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh handled web design and marketing needs for campus clients. Previously, I served in a public/media relations support role for the Wisconsin Herd, the NBA G League affiliate team of the Milwaukee Bucks. Additionally, my experience extends to UW Oshkosh's Division of Online & Continuing Education as a communications specialist where I handled social media, took photographs and created promotional videos for the Continuing Education department.

I received a dual undergraduate degree from UW-Oshkosh in Elementary Ed (PK-3) and Early Childhood Special Education in 2004. I furthered my education to include a Birth -21 licensure in Visual Impairment from Silver Lake College in May 2010.

I worked for the Washington County Birth to Three Program from January 2004-August 2008. I began working as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired with CESA 6 during the 2008-2009 school year. In both areas of employment, I have found the greatest joy to be watching my students progress and sharing in the positive experience with their family.

I enjoy spending time with my family most of all.

Tania Kilpatrick is a member of the CESA 6 Instructional Services Program licensed as a Career and Technical Education Coordinator. As a former Marketing Education Instructor with years of experience in business and industry, her passion continues to be working along side with business and industry to strengthen secondary CTE programs and align them with economic trends. Tania provides assistance with curriculum development and coordination of Federal and state grants to support career development. Tania has leadership certification in Career Pathways and continues to serve a as a liaison between education and community partners to provide opportunities for youth in Wisconsin.

I have worked in education since 1994. I have a wide variety of experience working in a school-district setting and have worked in or with nearly every department in a school district, from the elementary level up to central administration. 

I enjoy spending time outdoors, and in the summer, tending to my large vegetable garden.  I grow many kinds of vegetables and can or freeze them in the fall. I like to read and spend time walking our dog, Muddy. My husband Kurt and I like history, and travel to historical sites across the U.S. when we have free time. I love to cook and bake and spend time with my family. I also have an interest in many crafts including tatting, quilting, and cross stitch.

I have an undergraduate degree in Social Work and Psychology with a minor in Political Science, graduating in 2000. I also have a Master's Degree in Cross-Categorical Special Education. 

I worked with an in-home therapy program for children with Autism for 5 years. I then worked as a Special Education Teacher in a severe needs program for students with Autism for 3 years before starting with CESA 6 in 2005.

Graduated from UWSP with a B.S. in Communicative Disorders and a M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology, in 1984 and 1986 respectively. Earned Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA in 1987. Received Early Childhood Special Education Certification from UWO in 1998.

Speech Pathologist (May 1986 to September 1990) at Gmeiner Clinic in Menasha Wisconsin. SLP in Kimberly Area School District from September 1990 to December 1993. ECSE Teacher in Kimberly Area School District from January 1994 to 2004. While working at CESA 6, I have participated in multiple "coaching" trainings including IPEC Modules I-III (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), The Art of Coaching & The Art of Coaching Teams (Elena Aguilar), Instructional Coaching Institute (Jim Knight), Student Centered Coaching (Diane Sweeney), etc.

Our team's newest work focuses on Social Emotional Learning for all, with an emphasis on neurodiversity and mental health conditions. We are currently facilitating Allies in Mental Heatlh Education, an implementation model designed to help school districts build and sustaing comprehensive school based mental health services.

I have worked in the CESA Alternative programs for about 13 years.
