The Wisconsin Forward Exam is available for purchase directly from CESA 6.

CESA 6 offers the exam for $35/student.  Private schools in Wisconsin that wish to test non-Choice students using the Wisconsin Forward Exam must complete and submit the Forward Exam Private School Order Form before April 9, 2021.

*Note:  Home-schooled students are not eligible to take the WI Forward Exam.

• School assessment coordinator services.
• Services to support your school with a technology audit as well as site assistance.
• We will run your school data and formulate a report card for your school.
• Your school will have access to our professional development.
