"Forms are easy to access. I've used multiple systems and SEEDS is by far the easiest to learn and use."
- Claire Knoll, School Psychologist, River Valley School District
"It's built with linear thought in mind! I love that when forms are added in the proper order, the information self populates. I love how fast it is. I love that I don't have to be a programmer to run reports!"
- Camille Smith, Special Education Assistant, North Crawford School District
"The 'mistake proof' format of the system to ensure that we have accurate IEP and other paperwork. I also like that I can see IEPs from former students for when they possibly move back into the district."
- Devin Damerell, Ed.S., School Psychologist, Granton & Loyal School Districts
"Information transfers between forms seamlessly. I love that you can copy forms and edit information easily. Overall I am very satisfied with SEEDS, I have friends who utilize other programs and are less than happy with the programs."
- David Jenswold, Special Education Teacher, Waupun Area School District
"All information is in one location. If I didn't know something, it was easy to figure out. No problem deleting a form when I made a mistake. Special Ed calculator, drop down menus, the handbook, Kompass care link, the prompts letting you know you missed something… usually in the Program Summary. No issues printing… no extra steps for the IEP to print DRAFT on the copy for the meeting. Previously, I used (a different provider), that whole system could bring anyone to tears it was sooo very frustrating, constant changes and usually in the middle of the school year so we were always playing catch up. I am so EXTREMELY grateful for the SEEDS system. YOU listen. You make common sense happen. "
- Penny Kalous Nigl, Special Education Teacher, School District of Omro
"I like that you are looking for ways to improve the system all the time. Love the box that you can check to add assessment accommodations added to supplementary aides and services."
- Johnette "Joni" Grams, K-5 Special Education Teacher, Markesan Elementary School
"Switching between screens for multiple forms is easy; no need to generate multiple forms to accomplish the same task (as the user has to do for a different provider). Very easy to make progress notes - very much like how the previous quarter notes are visible, and attached to the goal/objectives."
- Becky Ruff, Speech and Language Pathologist, La Farge School District
"Very user-friendly, I like how it makes the IEPs make sense by connecting the goals and instruction, as well as important IEP info."
- Matt Kubly, Resource Teacher, Onalaska Middle School
"Navigating the different forms throughout different school years is done easily. I also like that the system alerts you to what you need to do to complete a form before allowing you to save it in final form."
- Laurie Hoffman, Speech and Language Pathologist, Gibraltar School District
"I like how portions auto fill and that the forms are very straight forward. The print out looks friendly and is easy for parents to follow."
- Tim Bauman, Orientation and Mobility Specialist, CESA 4 Districts: Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillaln, Bangor, Black River Falls, Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau, Holmen, La Crosse, Onalaska, Sparta, Tomah, West Salem, Westby, Whitehall
"SEEDS is constantly making new updates. It's really easy to navigate. Because so many districts within the state use SEEDS, it just makes it so much easier when students transfer because that information is available immediately."
- Brenda Walker, School Psychologist, School District of Loyal
"Support has been excellent, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you."
- Stace Anderson, Special Education Director, School District of Benton
"We like the real-time updates that SEEDS makes for us. If DPI comes out with a change, it's updated and given to us without any hassle on our end, which is very important. The support we get is phenomenal."
- Jill Mason, Director of Student Services, School District of Holmen
"The program is so user-friendly. It is an incredible program and I'm so happy with it. I've been using the SEEDS program for the last 16 years. "
- Ann Walker, Special Education Secretary, Hortonville Area School District
"We're very happy with the product. It's been very user-friendly. One thing I really like is SEEDS is very open to suggestions for improvements. They're always in tune with what their users need."
- Heidi Wold, Special Education and Pupil Services Administrative Assistant, CESA 10
"I've had the opportunity to use SEEDS both as a teacher and a director. It would be my recommendation and choice for ease and reporting. The detail boxes for staff make the program very user-friendly to fill out the IEP appropriately."
- Tracy Hogden, Special Education, RSN and SEEDS Director, CESA 4
