How Teachers Use the CESA 6 Effectiveness Project
Teachers say the CESA 6 Effectiveness Project helps them focus on the best approaches for student-specific, differentiated learning - what's working, what's not and what can be tweaked. "It kind of gives you that confirmation that what you are doing is right," says Horicon Schools Teacher Eric Schwendimann. Fellow Horicon Teacher Lisa Schultz adds, "It really has made me look at what am I doing and does it make sense for the kids? Is it helping them to grow where they need to be so they're ready to move onto the next step?"
