Are you familiar with the newest Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) as described in the DPI EL Policy Handbook?
Will you be responsible for creating, introducing and/or implementing ILPs for your ELs?
How can the WIDA Standards and Can Do Descriptors be used to align individual student goals?
The ILP is a written plan for an EL that details goals along with accommodations and supports to be implemented in the classroom and on assessments.
