CESA 6 can help your district meet your ESL staffing needs. Hire certified ESL Teachers to work in your district with teachers and students through CESA 6. We are here to help you meet the needs of your teachers and students.
Program Development & Evaluation
Program development and program evaluation includes a needs assessment specific to your district EL/Bilingual program. Program evaluation may include on-site evaluation meetings, data analysis, creating individual English Language Development Plans (ELDP), or updating your district EL/Bilingual plan. Tailored to the needs of your program!
Online Coaching
Set up an online meeting to discuss specific EL or bilingual topics important to your program, school, or district. Individual educator coaching meetings are available, too. Past meetings have included discussions about utilizing itinerant teachers, evaluating district EL plans, analyzing EL data, starting bilingual programs, creating EL district pd plans, and updating individual student ELDPs.

The CESA 6 Language and Culture Center will customize a professional book study for your program, school, or district! Group rates available for 6 or more educators!

Cost is $200 per course for 1 credit from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh or $169.00 per course for a Certificate of Completion, plus the cost of the book.
Workshops
Professional or program development is customized to meet specific program needs/goals. A number of different workshops are available ~ ELevate Success Through Sheltering Instruction, RtI Through the EL Lens, iPad Apps for Teaching ELs, and more.
