A CESA 6 trainer will work in-district for this 6-hour goal development workshop intended for School Boards and their District Administrator (and other leadership team members as designated by the district).
Through an engaging process the School Board and District Administrator will:
- Identify, prioritize, and select appropriate topics for your goals based on student learning and operational needs;
- Create SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound) goals that will clearly articulate the future state of student learning and operational practices in the district;
- Identify a process by which the School Board and District Administrator clearly define a plan (strategies) for successfully achieving your goals; and
- Clarify the role and level of responsibility/accountability of the District Administrator for each goal and the process to be used by the School Board to evaluate the District Administrator’s product.
The District selects the date, time, and place of the workshop. Please contact us to schedule a workshop today or to request more information.
