Job Description: CESA 6 is seeking to employ a two (2) full-time School Psychologist to serve the needs of our CESA 6 districts beginning the 2017-2018 school year. The individual(s) hired must possess good oral and written communication skills, a thorough knowledge in the area of student assessment, and knowledge of intervention and prevention strategies. This position will assess students, provide consultation with parents, teachers, administrators and community agencies, in addition to case manage IEP team evaluations.
Other essential skills include effectively communicating with children of all ages as well as with adults, ability to maintain records, ability to manage time and schedule accurately, and ability to maintain student confidentiality.
Requirements: Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction certification as School Psychologist (Code: 62) is required. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a School Psychologist.
Salary: Salary commensurate with education, background and experience. Salary is competitive within area and state.
